How to make changes to the workflow:
1. Click on Settings in the sidebar.
2. Click on Ticket Settings.
3. From the dropdown at the top, pick Status.
4. Click into the status you wish to change and alter the details.
5. Or if you want to add a new status, click the green plus sign.
6. Does it need to be a Closure status or Stop the Clock? If so, check the box!
