How to add a customer:
1. From the Home Dashboard, click 'Add a New Customer'.
2. Enter their name and details on the form.
3. Make sure you enter their Email address, as this will be used for updating them on ticket progress.
4. Add an image by clicking Choose File.
5. You can remove old customers by ticking Archive.
6. Click OK to save.
